1. Proof of purchase: To avail of the warranty service, please retain your purchase receipt or any other valid proof of purchase.

2. Warranty coverage: The warranty covers manufacturer’s defects that affect the product's functionality, performance, or usability. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or natural disasters. It specifically does not cover damage caused by leaving the unit in the pool between uses. The unit should be removed from the pool after each use.

3. Warranty process: In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, please contact our dedicated customer service team via phone or email. They will guide you through the necessary steps for repair or replacement, including any shipping arrangements.

4. Repair or replacement: We reserve the right to either repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. If the product is no longer available, we may offer a similar product of equal or greater value.
