Answer a few brief questions to confirm HSA/FSA eligibility. A licensed medical provider reviews your responses and issues a Letter of Medical Necessity once approved.

Complete Your Purchase
Pay using your HSA/FSA card, or use a credit/debit card and reimburse yourself later. If you do not qualify, your purchase is fully refunded.
